Hello !

You should use the original website that provided this service first : iEmpty !
(iempty.tooliphone.net)

Appleiphone.fr made a copy of the iempty website when he discovered it, just the day after its official release... instead of making an article about iEmpty on his blog... (!)

iEmpty provide a nice iPhone-like user interface, and is available in english language.
You can see the screenshots and the youtube video on the website.
Let's try it... you will adopt it !! ;-)

To the author of this article : could you please make an article on the original iEmpty website, or add the iempty address on this article ?
I think your users will prefer using an english website with a nice user interface !

Thank you in advance.

[...] Seems that I’m in a spacer / blank icon mood lately, but they really help if you’d like to cluster your apps and therefore ‘unclutter’ your working space. (I just wrote an article on how to add a spacer for iPhones here.) [...]

There really is no need to use a cable regarding the network.

I would suggest using one anyway, even if it's just for the incremental backup. Depending on how many files you have, this may take a whole night. In my case it took around 2 hours, as I hardly have any files stored on my internal harddisk.

Thanks. I sure am happy as well. :)

Actually, I don't think you need a network cable from the Mac to the TC at all. At least my Airport Extreme was found directly via WLAN by the AirPort utility.

However, I'm glad to hear that this setup works for you - I heard horrific stories about using anything but "Alice hardware" with Alice's lines.
